A Guest Suite alternative when you already have the reviews
Guest Suite is a French solution that starts from collection: customisable satisfaction surveys sent to your customers, distribution of the resulting reviews to Google and dozens of other platforms, local presence management, and the option of delegating reply writing to their own team. Pricing is quoted, with rates decreasing by number of locations.
That is the right approach when the problem is volume: too few reviews, or reviews too old. If reviews already arrive on their own and the problem is answering them, half of what you pay for is unused.

Guest Suite publishes no public rate card: quoted, decreasing pricing is what its own site describes. Ask them for a quote.
Collecting and replying are two different problems
Collecting means going after a review that does not exist yet: a survey, a follow up, a QR code on the counter. It is campaign work, with a start and an end, measured in reviews gained.
Replying means handling a flow that arrives by itself and never stops. It is measured not in campaigns but in backlog. Reply is built for that second problem, and only that one.
Delegating the writing, or keeping it
Guest Suite offers to hand reply writing to specialists. That is a real service, and the question it raises is tone: an outside writer writes correctly, but does not write like you.
Reply takes the problem from the other end. It reads what you have already replied on Google, works out how you write, and puts the draft in front of you before publishing anything below four stars. The text stays yours, the chore disappears.
What you gain
- A published price, with no quote and no negotiation.
- Replies written in your tone, taken from your own past replies.
- Approval on Telegram, without opening a platform.
- By default, no negative review published without your explicit approval.
What you lose
- Satisfaction surveys and review collection.
- Distribution to platforms other than Google.
- Handing the writing to a human team.
- The account management that comes with a quoted vendor.
How to judge before you pay
During the trial Reply works on your real reviews rather than a sample: you read its drafts in your tone, about your own customers, before anything is published.
A review flagging hygiene, safety, discrimination or a legal threat always comes to you, even if you have turned automatic publishing on for that rating band. That guard is not a setting.
Nothing goes out during your quiet hours, and publishing delays are irregular by construction.
Common questions
Can Reply help me get more reviews?
No, deliberately. Reply never solicits a customer. Answering all your reviews has an indirect effect on how many you receive, but it is not a collection campaign.
What about my TripAdvisor or Booking reviews?
Reply does not read them. If your reputation lives elsewhere as much as on Google, you need a multi platform tool.
Can I use both?
Yes: Guest Suite for collection, Reply for replies. Make sure only one of the two answers Google reviews.
