A Partoo alternative when you are not a network

Partoo is a French local visibility platform: pushing your business details to Google, Apple Maps, Waze and other directories, review management, customer messaging, store locator. It is billed yearly and per point of sale, on quote, with rates decreasing from around ten locations upwards.

That model says who the product is for: chains with several locations and someone to run their online presence. A shopkeeper with one profile and no marketing team is not the centre of that target.

Partoo publishes no price list: yearly billing per point of sale is what its own site describes. Ask them for a quote for your case.

The annual quote is the real dividing line

A quote implies a sales conversation, a scoping exercise, a signature, and a twelve month commitment. For a chain rolling presence out across fifty profiles that is normal: the setup work genuinely exists.

For a single shop it is friction with nothing in return. You already know what you want, you just want somebody to answer your reviews. Reply publishes its price, takes a card, and cancels in one click.

What Partoo does that Reply will not

Keeping your hours, address and photos current across dozens of platforms at once is a real problem when you have thirty locations, and Partoo solves it. Reply never touches your profile information: it only publishes replies to reviews there.

Partoo also pulls in reviews from platforms other than Google, and offers customer messaging and a store locator. Reply does none of that, and will not.

What you gain

  • A public monthly price, with no quote and no annual commitment.
  • A setup that fits in an afternoon, with no sales meeting.
  • Approval on Telegram rather than in a platform you have to open.
  • By default, no negative review published without your explicit approval.

What you lose

  • Distribution of your details to directories and satnav platforms.
  • Reviews coming from platforms other than Google.
  • Customer messaging and the store locator.
  • Running a network beyond five locations.

How to judge before you pay

During the trial Reply reads your review history and drafts replies to your real reviews, in the tone taken from your past ones. You judge on evidence before a line goes out.

A business configured without an active subscription publishes nothing: that is a lock in the product, not a sales rule.

Every reply goes out on a variable delay and never during your quiet hours, so the profile never shows twenty posts in the same second.

Common questions

Does Reply manage my hours and photos on Google?

No. Reply reads your reviews and publishes replies. Your profile information stays entirely in your hands.

What if my network has more than five locations?

Reply stops at five profiles. Above that, a presence management platform is still the right tool.

Do I need a meeting to start?

No. You create the account, connect your Google profile, link Telegram. No sales contact is involved.
