Approve your Google reviews in a conversation, not a dashboard

This is the design choice that decides whether a review tool is worth anything. A dashboard assumes a moment when you go and look. That moment does not exist in a service day, and three days later there are eleven reviews waiting.

Reply sends the review and the proposed reply where you are already looking: into a conversation, on your phone. One button publishes, one rewrites, one skips.

Telegram today, WhatsApp at launch

Telegram works right now: linking is done by scanning a QR code from your dashboard, the code is single use and short lived, and the page updates as soon as the link is established.

The WhatsApp connector is in development and will be ready for the opening of signups. We say so here rather than let it be assumed available: a feature announced and missing is the first thing a customer discovers and the last thing they forgive.

The bot has a name and a face, Philibert, and introduces itself when you link your account. It does not talk about itself in every message: a mascot telling its own story instead of the review to handle is noise.

One conversation, several businesses

If you run several locations, they all arrive in the same conversation. Commands that read answer for all of them, commands that change something ask which, unless there is only one.

Nothing remembers a "current" business. A choice made on Tuesday and applied on Friday is the wrong business paused.

What it saves you from

  • Opening a site to find there is nothing to do.
  • Discovering eleven pending reviews three days later.
  • Installing yet another app on your phone.
  • Being woken by a notification at three in the morning.

What to know

  • A free Telegram account is needed while WhatsApp is on the way.
  • WhatsApp is not available today: the connector arrives for launch.
  • The dashboard is still needed for settings and history.
  • A conversation shared with several people means all of them see the reviews.

How it actually behaves

Quiet hours hold back the notification, not the processing. A review picked up at three in the morning is prepared immediately and visible in the dashboard, but the approval request goes out at the end of the window. It is your phone we spare, not the information.

A review already handled from the dashboard does not leave live buttons in the conversation: the message is rewritten with the decision actually taken, and its buttons disappear. A bot that ignores an action reads as a broken bot.

You can also reply directly to the review message, without using a button. The text you send is published as is, and the review message is rewritten with the decision.

Common questions

Is WhatsApp available today?

Not yet. The connector is in development and will be ready for the opening of signups. Telegram works right now.

Can I do everything from the dashboard?

Yes. The conversation is the shortest path, not the only one. The review list keeps itself up to date when a decision is taken elsewhere.

What happens if I change phone?

The link follows your messaging account, not the device. You can also relink with a new QR code from the dashboard.
