Asking for reviews and answering them are not the same effort
Asking for a review is a message sent after a visit. It is industrial by nature: the same message suits everyone, and the only variable is when it goes out.
Answering is the opposite: every reply has to talk about the review it handles, or it shows. That is why replying cannot be industrialised with a template, and why the chore comes back every week.
