Which to choose, without hedging
Stay manual if you receive fewer than five reviews a month. It is a quarter of an hour, it beats any tool, and paying a subscription for it makes no sense.
Stay with ChatGPT if the copy pasting does not bother you and you open your profile regularly. It is a method that works, provided you hold the routine.

What ChatGPT does well, and what it cannot do
