An alternative to manual replies, without losing your voice

Answering yourself is still the best method. Nobody knows better than you the customer in question, the dish they ordered, or why service was slow that evening. Quality is not the problem.

The problem is that this work happens at the end of the day, exactly when there is nothing left. It does not disappear: it piles up, and it ends up visible on the profile.

The first thing to break is the positive reviews

When time is short, negative reviews get handled first: those are the worrying ones. Thank yous come after, then never.

The result is a profile where the owner’s only comments sit under complaints. A hurried reader draws a simple and wrong conclusion: this place only replies when something goes wrong.

Keeping your voice without keeping the chore

Reply reads the replies you have already published and uses them as the model: your length, your register, your phrases, your sign off. It is not a box ticked in a form, it is a sample of you.

You keep control where it matters: four and five star reviews go out on their own, anything below comes to you on Telegram with a reply already written. You publish, rewrite, or skip.

What you gain

  • Consistency, which is exactly what the manual method cannot hold.
  • Thank yous on positive reviews, never skipped again.
  • A reply the same day rather than in three weeks.
  • Foreign language reviews handled without you translating.

What you lose

  • The exact wording you would have found yourself.
  • The detail only you know that is not in the review.
  • Free: answering yourself costs nothing.
  • A systematic read of positive replies, which go out without you.

How to check it sounds like you

During signup, Reply generates two real replies to your own reviews, using the same prompt builder as production. It is not a simplified demo: it is exactly what you will get.

You can rewrite any reply from Telegram by simply answering the message. The text you send is published as is.

A review read as flagging hygiene, safety, discrimination or a legal threat always comes back to you, whatever your settings.

Common questions

Will my customers see that I am not the one writing?

That is precisely what the product is built to avoid: replies quote the real content of each review, vary from one to the next, follow your way of writing, and publish on an irregular delay.

Can I keep answering some reviews myself?

Yes. A review you have answered on Google is recognised, and Reply does not go over it again. You can also approve everything by hand if you prefer.

What if I do not like a reply?

You rewrite it from Telegram or the dashboard. Nothing below four stars goes out without your approval, by default.
